Out and About With Cubs - 2008

I told you we'd have a brilliant year ........................... and we did !!

In short ....... we ...... lost our assistant leader .... but ..... invested new members, kept ourselves fit, learnt about different sports, went swimming, made pancakes (and ate them!), played chess, did archery, played games, checked out sportswear, learnt about wrestling, slept on a boat, visited CBBC, went to a museum, held quizzes, listened to music, kept fit again, attended St George's Day, learnt about bike safety, visited 2nd Rainham, had a Pack Camp, learnt firelighting, built a bivi, saw a snake! did archery and rifle shooting, had a hike, learnt about maps, used a compass, did some good turns, had fun at Kidspace, went to District Camp, had games over the park, had a barbeque at Thriftwood, learnt how to look after a cycle, wrote a story, met a lollypop lady, built a raft!, went ice-skating, laughed at a panto, had a fright at Spooks Camp, learnt about hazards, went on a bike ride, held a quiz night, did some mimes, made stress balls, went to Megazone and held a brilliant presentation evening !!

It just gets better and better - bring on 2009 !!!
